The site

This is one of the many of the rights of way across the region that Maydencroft Rural works on. 

The brief

This particular path was very muddy and almost impassable; we were commissioned to make good the path so that it could be put back into good use by the local community.

The solution

It was agreed to use a recycled type 1 crushed concrete sub-base, with a concrete dust top dressing.  This is a sustainable and effective way of making a hard, usable path that blends in with the surroundings.  

The result

A cost effective, zero maintenance, sustainable result.
